Bio

The trail leads you from the back of the Keltic Lodge parking lot, through the forest on a narrow peninsula which separates two ocean bays. The view at the end is magnificent overlooking Cape Smokey, Ingonish Island, and the Atlantic Ocean. This trail is suitable for all fitness levels.

From the Ingonish Beach park entrance, drive 1km and turn right onto the road which takes you to the Keltic Lodge (well signed). Parking is available at the far end of the Keltic Lodge parking lot and you will see the trail head close by.
