Bio

This trail starts off at the end of the Humes Rear Road. Follow this as it becomes ATV/snowmobile trail for 3km. After crossing two bridges keep right at the T intersection (there is a trailhead sign) and from there walk progressively uphill until you see the trail marker on the left-hand side.

The route is well taped with a couple of brooks to ford or hop across depending on the season. You eventually hear the roar of the falls and know you are getting close. The 20 meter high falls are breathtaking and there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the falls before retracing your route to return. As of July 2021, this trail is in superb shape.

There is a second 8-meter high waterfall called McGregor Falls, roughly 20 minutes further from the trailhead of Humes River Falls on the right-hand side. The trail head is aptly taped and you cannot miss it.
